David Wagner’s Huddersfield Town will on Sunday afternoon clash with Arsenal at home on the final day of the Premier League.

Wagner’s men head into this clash following their 1-1 draw with Chelsea on Wednesday night.

The Terriers secured safety to play in the Premier League next season during the midweek encounter with the Blues.

Huddersfield are currently occupying the 16th position on the Premier League table with 37 points from 37 games.

The John Smith’s club have won only one of their previous 12 home league games against the Gunners.

Wagner will be without Jon Gorenc Stankovic, Elias Kachunga and Danny Williams, while Michael Hefele and Tom Ince are carrying slight knocks.

The Terriers boss could name the same side that started against Chelsea at the midweek.

The Gunners will prepare to say one final goodbye to departing coach Arsene Wenger.

Wenger’s men beat Town 5-0 in the reverse of this fixture at the Emirates earlier in the campaign.

The North London club are currently occupying the sixth position on the Premier League table with 60 points from 37 games.

Wenger will be without Konstantinos Mavropanos, who was sent off against the Foxes, while Mohamed Elneny, Laurent Koscielny and Mesut Ozil will all be missing through injury.

Jack Wilshere missed Arsenal’s defeat to Leicester following the birth of his baby daughter and it remains to be seen if the midfielder will return against Huddersfield.
